    Superb

The stuff was really friendly and they introduced an excellent guide to us. Had an amazing time in Jordan. And this hotel is in really good location where the best Jordanian restaurant is 5 seconds walking. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is the best place I had stayed in Jordan, it's really old world experience. Also the food at the restaurant was very delicious that is the only thing I can't forget (very tasty) I had at dinner chicken Sajie and my friend had beef Sajie. The room and the toilet were very clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff you feel yourself with your family.

    Fabulous

Queen Ayola is a small sized hotel right in the centre of Madaba, (close to the church of the map, good restaurants and cafes). The staff are friendly and welcoming.! In the cafe you can watch the world go by over a strang cup of coffee- or tea of you prefer. Here you can get a taste of Jordan!

Queen Ayola Hotel, We don’t know how to express our feeling about this fabulous hotel; the owners have taken extremely huge care of us and have provided us a free tour inside lovely Madaba. The traditional food was very delicious and even the steaks were fantastic. We would like to repeat our stay at this hotel whenever we visit Jordan. Special many thanks to Mr. Rami, Geries and the wonderful chef BADI. Good luck for a such successful hotel.

    Fabulous

The staff was the kindest, most welcoming hotel staff we have experienced. They all genuinely cared about our comfort, and were constantly asking if there was anything we needed. The juice drinks (like juice smoothies) are so good! Our room and bathroom were large, and fairly clean. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast here was so big, we never ate lunch! Cucumber, tomato, omelette, bread, olive oil & zattar, cheese, tea/coffee and of course the juice drinks - we were stuffed!

The water pressure in the shower was quite low, but not a big deal. Our overall experience was still great.

    Very good

    Friendly staff, very helpful

They charged double the rate as stated in the online reservation (per person, not for the room as a whole). While being an excellent budget hotel, this double charge made it less perfect.

If anyone is traveling to madaba i recommand staying at Queen Ayola Hotel.Queen Ayola Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. I came to Jordan at least 8 times. Here at this place the staff are wonderful and the rooms very clean and warm at winter time. Also don't miss the food in the restaurant. Really do not miss this place i hope to come as soon as possible.

    Room has air condition.

We stayed one night. It was the dirtiest hotel that we stayed in Jordan, sheets were not changed, many hairs were in bed, dark room with old furniture, but the hotel has rooms with new furniture, breakfast is basic.

It was near to where my friend lived. Staff were welcoming and asked me to treat the place as my home.

The room was dusty and was not cleaned throughout my stay. I booked originally for 7 nights but decided to stay only 4 as I was advised that seeing Petra on a day trip was not enough. I asked if food could be left for me to take on my coach trip instead of breakfast on my last morning as I was leaving at 5.30am I was assured this would not be a problem. The evening before I was told this would be prepared. On the morning the packed breakfast was not available and staff were unwilling to give me anything. Rugs on the floor at the top of the stairs were often crumpled and seemed like a safety risk. Very basic and overpriced

    Superb

We had a warm welcome by one of the owners plus lovely cup of herbal tea while checking-in. Internet was slow at times, but the hospitality, and charm of the staff (Mr. Meha) made up for that. The breakfast was great; the hotel has a very nice atmosphere which makes you feel at home. The rooms were clean and we loved the view from our balcony.
